Currently Deltek Vantagepoint supports automated invoice generation out of its Batch Invoicing functionality, which allows sending emails to any Client Contacts associated with a Project.

These emails are sent through Vantagepoint’s internal Email process and unfortunately can be susceptible to landing in your Client’s Junk email boxes.  In addition, there is no outgoing email tracing in your email client (i.e. – within your “Sent” email folder).

This workflow seamlessly dispatches PDF copies of your invoices via your Outlook account each time you post an invoice in Vantagepoint.  Michael will also provide insights into the mechanics behind this process and discuss how it can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your firm.
