Designed for clients who feel they can be mostly self-sufficient managing their upgrade, but would like peace of mind their transition will occur smoothly. *Support from Rhodium is user training and ad-hoc trouble-shooting *Administrative items – 4 hours *Training – Four 2-hour sessions *4 trouble-shooting cases included *Typically clients with Vision Core modules.
24+ Hours
Designed for clients who require more technical and analytical support.
*Support from Rhodium covering system discovery, through training to go-live and post-live support
*Administrative items – 8 hours
*Training – Eight 2-hour sessions
*8 trouble-shooting cases included
*Typically clients with 1-2 Add-On modules.
32+ Hours Estimated
(scoping of customizations and integrations would be necessary)
Designed for clients who require everything in Assisted and have customizations in their Vision system.
*Customizations could include – custom reports, invoices, workflows, integrations with third-party applications, and more
*Administrative items – 10 hours
*Training – Ten 2-hour sessions
*10 trouble shooting cases included
*Clients with 2+ Add-On Modules.
